Lui will be forever remembered by amazing and loyal friends and relatives in Italy and Canada.

Louisa Durigon will be remembered for her immense pride and love of her Italian heritage, her strong sense of family, her unwaivering strength and her sense of humour. Louisa had an infectious love of life, she wanted to take care of everyone, her kitchen was always open and that is where she was happy to feed anyone that walked into her home. Louisa endured so much in her life and taught her children and grandchildren that there is no greater gift than the love of family, God and friends.

Thank you so much to Ivana Maggiolo, Maria Ricci and Ofelia Pizzasegolo for always being there and taking care of their friend and sister. Your kindness and empathy for our mom will never be forgotten. Thank you also to Dr. Dean Raso and the staff at the Guelph General Hospital for keeping her last few hours dignified and peaceful.

A light from our family is gone, A voice we loved is stilled, A place is vacant in our homes that never can be filled. We have to mourn the loss of our mom we would have loved to keep, But God who surely loved her best has finally made her sleep And after a lifetime of her love and joy and caring throughout our years God leaves the memory of her smile and love to help us through our tears.
